Sensor Replacement
Most sensor issues can be anticipated with regular calibrations. As sensor readings deteriorate over time, a replacement sensor can be ordered and installed at a regular service appointment, eliminating the downtime of your monitor.
Documentation
We provide a hard copy records for all calibration and services provided on your air monitor.
We maintain a database on repairs, sensor dates, sensor readings and serial numbers for your equipment.
We store all calibration records on our database servers that can be recalled years down the road to establish compliance with state and local recommendations.
Monitor Repairs
We can provide field repairs on your monitor to help improve its performance and reliability. Pump cleaning or replacement, PID lamp cleaning or replacement, are just some of the repairs handled onsite.
For issues that cannot be resolved onsite, we can facilitate repairs back to the manufacturer with your approval.
